There is no specific time frame for the delivery of your shipment. It will depend on various factors such as your country, the shipping company, and the transit time of the shipping vessel. We make every effort to provide our customers with shipment details and connect them with the shipping company for primary updates on their shipment.

Once your order has been processed and registered with the shipping company, the tracking number will be sent directly to you via email or WhatsApp. You will be able to track your shipment in real time, so you can know exactly where it is and when it will arrive at the destination address. Tracking your shipment is easy, as all the necessary steps are outlined in the email containing your tracking number. Additionally, our customer representatives are available 24/7 to assist you.

o return a product, it must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the shipment. We will cover the transportation costs for the return shipment.

If you return a product due to damage during transportation, we will process a new order and ship it to you at no extra charge. If you prefer a full refund, it will take us 3 working days and at most 5 working days to process and transfer the money directly to your account. Should you wish to to use a different account for your refund, you will provide us with the new account details and your refund will be transferred to it.
